CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
Annual corporate memberships are available in tiers based on your company’s need, the fees of which are outlined below. Those listed on the corporate membership are entitled to all the membership benefits of the council.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP*
- 2-4 Members: $750
- 5-8 Members: $1,500
- 9-12 Members: $2,250
- 13-16 Members: $3,000 (must receive prior approval)
- 17-20 Members: $3,750 (must receive prior approval)
ADDITIONAL CORPORATE MEMBER BENEFITS
- Booth Space at Southern Exposure: As a corporate member, companies are entitled to apply for a booth space on our waitlist at our annual Southern Exposure tradeshow.
*Please note as of March 2015, individual members must upgrade to a corporate membership to retain any existing booth space at Southern Exposure.
- Booth Space at Southern Innovations: As a corporate member, companies are entitled to a first-come, first-served opportunity to obtain a booth, depending on your company’s sponsorship level.

Complimentary Event Access and Accommodations:
- Retail and broadline foodservice members are eligible for complimentary registrations and accommodations to Southern Exposure and Southern Innovations per membership tier (2-4, 5-8, 9-12, 13-16); Hotel and airfare included.
- Wholesale, jobber, and receiver members are eligible for two complimentary registrations to Southern Exposure and Southern Innovations per membership tier (2-4, 5-8, 9-12, 13-16); Hotel and airfare not included. Additional conference attendees must register as general attendees. Session tickets and activities at our events are not included (Keynote, Golf, etc.)
- Member Scholarship Program: Corporate members in good standing are eligible to apply for our annual member scholarship program. Eligible applicants must be/have a spouse, parent, or grandparent that is a corporate member with good standing status of the SEPC. Good standing status includes members that have been on the SEPC membership roster for at least 12 months and have attended at least one SEPC event (Southern Exposure and/or Southern Innovations) in the last fiscal year. If selected, recipients will receive a $1,500.00 scholarship payable to the accredited university/school of his/her choice.
- STEP-UPP: Our retail and foodservice members are eligible to participate in our industry-training program, STEP-UPP (February – September).
- STARS: SEPC member companies registered to attend Southern Exposure are eligible to participate in STARS Fresh Futures where STARS students interview with SEPC member companies seeking fresh employees.
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
Entitles an individual member access to SEPC events. Some program exclusions may apply.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP*
CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION
Members who are employees of pre-approved charitable organizations who are recognized as 501(c)(3).
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP*
*New Pricing effective as of May 2026. Annual membership term is valid June through May each year. Membership terms are sold as fixed periods and are not subject to proration, partial refunds, or credits for unused time, canceled memberships, late starts, or early termination. All members must maintain an active membership status to participate in SEPC programs and events. Company membership levels must remain consistent with the number of registrants attending SEPC events.
